I want a new camera that has pics and has the ability to make videos. So I don’t have to buy to different cameras!Please best answer gets 10 points!

another question~If it can make videos how long of a video can it be cause I need a camera that makes vids at least 5 to 10 minutes long

Cannon’s 8mp or 10mp? Which one’s better?
I was wondering which would be better:
Canon PowerShot SD770 IS 10MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom
or
Canon PowerShot SD1100IS 8MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Image Stabilized Zoom
If any of you had some sort of experience with these cameras, I’d like to know. I found them where both are about the same price (maybe $7 difference) so money is not an issue. The original price for the 10 mp is around $220, I think. Any pros and cons? I’m sort of leaning towards the 10mp one. Thanks!
The sd770 is a decent camera, may as well go for the 10MP if price isn’t an issue. the Image stabilization works really well, easy to use. Slight design improvements over the SD1100 which makes it worth it. Good battery life.
