Which point and shoot digital camera should I buy?
I'm about to get a digital camera for my birthday. I have read all comments and was reduced to three. (Unless someone suggests a better one!) I'm trying to keep it under $ 200. My three choices are: 1) Nikon Coolpix S220 – 10.0 mega pixels – 3x optical zoom 2) Canon Powershot SD1200IS – 10.0 mega pixels – 3x optical zoom 3) Nikon Coolpix S630 – 12.0 Megapixel – Optical 7x I like different things about these three. The first two are cheaper, but I like the fact that # 3 has a 7x optical zoom. I take lots of photos and need a good and reliable camera that has good pictures in low light. Im just looking for some tips and personal experiences you may have with any of these cameras! Thanks!
Personally, I have a Nikon Coolpix and I hate it. It only cost me $ 99 and takes decent photos, but I do not like. The delay for the flash to "warm up" is a reminiscent of pulling chambers. That's probably my biggest complaint. I hate the delay of the flash, and then just the delay in general. I have a Kodak, Canon and Nikon a present and I never buy anything but a Canon, now that I have. Their customer service is great and they sell great products. Nikon is a good brand, but you pay for the name, especially with more professional cameras. But I am a Canon lover!

Canon Sd1200Is – point Britain and shoot camera
Perfect for point and shoot, as successful if we want to go further. He used most of the parameters for different types of images … try make a point and shoot and manual labor. You can use the faster shutter and turn a fast camera shutter speed using ISO3200 configuration. Excellent picture quality for most lighting situations (obviously well in low light, only if you use a tripod or another stabilization mechanism.)
The only drawback seems to have difficulty balancing a clear sky with a dark foreground, however, focus on something the environment while continuing to hold the shutter half, then the broken image helps balance a bit best shot. The hope for a better control on fast shutter speed ("Children and the creation of pets does not really seem work), however, for two bills, can not complain all! Great buy! Great battery life!
Canon SD1200IS – Very happy purchase
We are very pleased with this unit. It is very easy to use right out of the box. Most functions can be found very quickly without having to use the laptop.
The photos are superb. The Green function approach is very large square. We love the feeling. Make sure you get a box camera it – the camera is almost too small.
Beware though, the great thing that you can easily make images too big to download or e-mail mail.
Disadvantage: The preview mode is difficult to get removed Fashion picture in picture "- I could never understand why the demons that makes it totally useless" feature "on. It can also be difficult to change the resolution – but in the end I'll find out.
We compared to a Nikon Coolpix that a friend and we liked what better.

I spent one week debating which camera to buy. Finally, torn between the Canon PowerShot A1100IS 12.1 megapixels this camera which has a small number of deputies and costs more expensive. Logic would say buy one that is $ 129 more PD. At the end I chose this one because its smaller and less bulky. I tested both in the store and found that this model is best suited to what I wanted. Basically, I wanted to get your photos every day, but also you need a camera that can take good close-ups to sell items on eBay and other things.
This device does exactly that and October 1 MP from an MP 12 is not such a big difference. The camera did exactly what I wanted and exceeded my expectations. I read some comments here where people complain about the noise it makes when the focus. I do not know if these people have a life that would allow a minor thing to discourage the purchase a camera. It is stronger than the other cameras I had, but he is not bothered by any means. In my mind, it is a perfect camera. I'm happy and it will probably be for years, unless the children want to see how it looks in the toilet.
