Should I trade my Canon PowerShot A610 Canon PowerShot SD600?

I have a Canon PowerShot A610 right now and seems too big carry around with me. It is a 5MP camera and image quality is the best I've seen from a digital camera its class. I wonder if I can expect the same quality image of Canon PowerShot SD600 6MP camera? Be megapixel says nothing about the quality of the image, while someone with experience with Canon digital cameras, please tell me if the sale of my A610 for SD600 worth?

The SD 600 is a temptation, but the sensor is half the size of the sensor to 610 A. I do not know what progress has been made in recent years, but I doubt that the pictures on the SD card 600 would be better than 610 A. If you want a small device that has a bigger sensor watch SD 900. It costs much more than the SD 600, but still out of pocket.
