Does anyone know how to connect a camera to your computer via USB cable?

I searched and searched the plug from the camera and I can not find it! I have a Canon Powershot SD750 Digital ELPH and I can not find the plug! Thank you!

If you can not find the plug you may have lost the original cable for the camera (the end that connects to the camera is proprietary, and would be fairly easy to discern from the other outputs from the camera. Your best bet is to buy a card reader, are cheap, easy to use batteries and keep the camera, and other components.
