every time you turn it beeps and says "error" lens and off .. seems to objective can be twisted. how I can fix all that without breaking the camera?

Not even think about repairing it yourself. If you are still under return it to the place of purchase for repair or replacement. If it is out of warranty take it to any local photo shop and request a estimate of repair, you may find it more practical to simply replace the camera.
