What is the better camera for my needs?

I have cerebral palsy and I always blink of pictures so in January I bought a Nikon S220. I chose a Nikon because Blink-test feature, when I started using the camera, I discovered that there was no need to use Blink-function test that the flash made me blink. When I upload photos to my computer is very grainy and blurry and the color in most of my photos so strange, people turn to yellow-ish (but photos look good on the playback menu in the camera). I think I've tried every setting of the camera, but is there any way to improve my image quality for use in the future?
