How do I set long exposure on a Canon powershot SD880 IS?

im interested in making “light-graffiti” so im having trouble knowing how to set the exposure for a longer time.

Have a look in the Index of your User Guide….look up ‘Long Shutter Mode’. It will allow you to select a shutter speed of between 1 and 15 seconds.
Make sure you are in P (Program AE) mode and not, Auto…because Auto does not allow you to adjust settings. Also, look up Program AE in your User Guide

Windows movie maker won’t import my canon camera videos. Help?

When I try to import videos that I take with my Canon Powershot SD880 into Windows Movie Maker, it says I need to download something. It basically won’t let me do it. I think some other people have been having this problem too, but I can’t find a solution. Any advice?
