What device should I expect?

Currently I have a 3-year Canon Powershot A530 (http://www.amazon.com/Canon-PowerShot-Digital-Camera-Optical/dp/B000EMU888/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1242570155&sr=8 -1). It was a great camera, but begins to show its age and I think to buy a new camera. My new house must be on side and fairly inexpensive must have good manual setting so you can take pictures at concerts. manual camera is my current configuration I helped change the aperture, shutter speed, ISO, etc. I looked at the Canon PowerShot PowerShot SD880IS and SD890IS. Both cameras look good but I 'm not sure how well the configuration of your manual. Is there anyone who has one of these cameras have some advice on what must buy? What are the advantages and disadvantages? Thank you

For concerts need a fast lens and good ISO range – no amount of manual fiddle around of these elements. No cameras at low prices that will live and virtue, if there are hundreds of thousands of photos of badly positioned on the web. least expensive camera with a concert I saw real potential the Panasonic DMC-LX3, and is NOT a camera cheap compared to other compacts.
