Is the USB charging cable Battery PowerShot SD960 IS in Canon?

I have a Canon PowerShot SD960 IS digital camera. If the camera is connected USB port of my computer, do you charge the camera battery? Or do I have to remove the battery and use the battery charger outlet wall?

I have not seen any mention of the use of the USB cable to charge the battery. So use the charger to charge the battery.
