Canon Powershot Sd960 Is Manual
Canon Powershot Sd960 Is Manual
The upside of the Canon PowerShot SD960 IS is that it is a bit less expensive than other Canons on the market right now. Also, the features and settings are easy to figure out and use even if you are new to digital cameras and photography. On the downside, however, the battery seems to be used up more quickly than other models.
Though there isn’t a multitude of confusing buttons, it is still recommended that you read the manual before attempting to take photos. It will simplify the process of learning which buttons to push in order to take photos, review them, delete them and so forth. One thing that does prolong the process of photo taking with the SD960 IS is that more steps have to be taken in order to navigate through the camera’s menu than some of its contemporaries on the market.
Though the menu may utilize more steps, the SD960 IS still takes great photos. This model offers a 12.1 megapixel resolution which is great for photo editing. It also features a 2.8 inch LCD screen which allows for an excellent amount of brightness in order to see your pictures in any lighting. This also simplifies the photo taking process in that, it is easier to see when a photo needs to be retaken or deleted. However, the display is not quite as durable as other models, and it can be easily scratched, so care must be taken when storing and using this camera.
The Canon PowerShot SD960 IS also features a 4X zoom and built-in stabilizer, making it easy to take photos despite many adverse conditions. This model is a solid choice for those who may be less familiar with photography.
