The lens that you are talking about is only compatible with Canon’s SLR and DSLR Lines.
Not their Point and Shoot cameras.
The SX10 doesn’t have any “replacement” lenses available.
You can get Filters, or adapters to go “on top of” the existing lens, but the Lens is not removable on the SX10
