I’m dissembling a camera?

So it started out as the zoom being so hard to mess with. So i took it all apart and played with it… I pretty much got it right. But my zoom is still screwed. (It zooms. But it doesn’t zoom out now)
and I a have a small (metal of course) piece i saw after putting a few more screws in..I’m hoping it doesn’t have to do with the zoom ;^;. So. Cause I’m a freak when it comes to taking pictures..i can’t live without my baby .

Take photos of good athletes?

I have a Canon Powershot SX110 IS. What is the best way to take pictures? the manual says not really. High ISO is better, I suppose so, but do not really know.

giving you the shutter speed as fast as possible (ISO setting high can help you.)
