I agree with Vintage Music. I do not like this trend to eliminate the viewers. The Fuji S1500 has more features which are mentioned by many including full Manual mode. BestBuy it is selling in store for $ 180.

The 12 megapixel Canon PowerShot SX200 IS is one of the new point and shoot Canon cameras. It combines a compact design with a 12x – Optical Zoom 28-336 mm. It has a high resolution 3.0 inch LCD. Shoot HD Video 1280 x 720 pixels.
Starting this month, according to DigitalCameraReview.com, the Canon Powershot SX200 IS topped the list as the # 1 most popular aircraft in its class. This unit has even been in the 10 before taking the first place. An incredible jump, do not you think? Why?
I think it's because of the versatility of the device. When I go shopping for the camera I am attracted by a number of characteristics:
- How many megapixels.
- Digital zoom (personally, I will not buy a 3x or 4x zoom camera).
- The image quality when photos are printed.
- What kind of testing is to obtain the camera – and not just professional commentators, but also people who have already bought the camera.
- camera control characteristics – the degree of control that I image that I am – what do I do to get control of what I do or what the camera do.
- And now, the video function.
With this new input, Canon has fulfilled all my expectations. Including:

I can not find my manual right now … I wondering if anyone out there has the Canon Powershot SX200 IS and if so ….. How can I put in video recording mode? Please help =) Thanks
At the top of the camera is the mode dial. You will see an icon of a camera. Just turn the dial to the icon. To start recording, first half should press the trigger to allow the camera to lock focus, etc. .. press fully to start recording. The camera records in HD (1280 x 720) offers the best quality.
