Canon PowerShot G3 lens is not moving in and out at startup?

My daughter used the camera for a film. When I turn the camera at the time, the lens does not move in and out as usual and I get a "lens" message on the screen of my top and then the camera turns off. In solving problems vision, said that the zoom lever may have been moved during the movie mode, however, I do not know how to fix this problem. Please HELP

Zoom Canon PowerShot SD870 IS solve?

I accidentally found the camera on a situation where I pushed the lens down. The goal now is not fully extended. I am not able to zoom back and forth with no catches. Zoom works best but there is a retraction of disturbances – I push all in. I think they broke the engine of the lens. Any ideas on how to solve where to go for repair, and / or cost? Thank you.

If the unit is still under warranty, take it to where you bought and we hope they will be able to get a warranty repair. If you pay for a fixed camera, you'll see that it generally not cost effective with a lower price and the camera shot (Repairs are carried out by hand by a highly paid technician House and are generally very expensive).
