Canon Sd1200
"I can set the exposure time in my PowerShot SD1200 IS Canon?
There are a lot of great pre-programmed options in my PowerShot SD1200 Canon IS, but I would like to have photos of the stars. Any idea how to do that? I hear the best way is to use a tripod and increase the exposure time but I'm not sure how.
The only option that has manual exposure is the 'trigger' so long (found on page 83 of your User Guide). Allows you to adjust the exposure 1-15 seconds (1 "to 15"). A tripod and self timer is needed. However, due to limitations of their point and shoot camera soon, I doubt if you'll have much success.

PowerShot SD1200 In this review, I'll watch what you get for your money with this camera very popular subcompact.
First thing you PowerShot SD1200 is the attention to the waist. The size is definitely something to consider when buying a camera. Whoever has experience with houses know it can be overwhelming sometimes, but when you travel with friends or family, you want something that can hold in your hand like hit SD1200 Energy. A large weighing chamber becomes more heavy and bulky when you have to carry all day.
But the first thing I asked was after the conclusion it was, it is possible that something so small really take nice pictures? "The pictures are sharp enough and in sufficient detail? The answer really surprised me. The pictures were very clean and sharp, with one exception – in low light, the photos came out a bit grainy.
The next thing I took an interest in examining the Power Shot SD1200 were preset shooting modes, between what is called "Smart Car". This method of determining the best settings for your images, so you can focus on your subject. They also have a mode "program" that allows the photographer to control more in some settings. Other modes "Children and their pets, which is adjusted to a fast autofocus and shutter speeds, and" macro ", which allows closeups.
In conclusion, the PowerShot SD1200 review shows that this ultra-compact camera represents a real contribution! It is small and lightweight while offering really good images with good resolution. You also have many pre-programmed modes to help you get exactly the picture you want, with any of these additional features in August that the manufacturers are so eager to throw if you can confuse you and take the prize. Just a simple little point compact camera that produces excellent quality photos. This unit is really worth its price.
I hope you found this PowerShot SD1200 Review helpful. The proper research beforehand can help alleviate a lot of headaches and disappointment later. For more in depth reviews on this and other PowerShot models, please visit www.PowerShotReviewer.com.
