Canon PowerShot What should I get?

Currently I have a Canon PowerShot older, and I'm ready for a new quality.I best image to have reduced it down to three cameras: the PowerShot SD990 $ 400, the PowerShot SD780 IS $ 250, and the PowerShot SD1200 IS $ 200. Money is not really a factor, but I'd like to spend on the best camera and get the most out of it. The 14.1-megapixel SD990 IS, the SD780 is 12.1, and the SD1200 is 10.0 mega-pixels. But how big a difference compared to the others? Is it worth $ 150 to be 14.1 instead of 12.1? O $ 50 to get 12.1 instead of 10? Please help! Thanks! =) Thanks you have given good answers:)
