I need help with pocket wizard plus ii?

Hi, I am a armature photographer and I am looking to buy a pocket wizard pluss ii. Currently, I have a 285HV Vivitrol, and the Canon Speedlite 430EX II Flash. I want to be able to fire two at once! Ive seen many videos and read many tutorials and I am confussed. how I can pocket many magicians need? Do I need one in my camera and one on my flash? or flashing? When I can buy pluss ii PocketWizard somewhere online, dose that come with two or one? I need help! thanks in advance! jakeodonnellphotography.com
