i was looking at this product, im wondering if anyone has bought that brand before and how it compares to the canon
Build quality is less than what you get with original brand flashes, but other than that Yongnuo is a very popular brand. Those flashes do what they are supposed to do at a fraction of the price of the original Canon or Nikon flashes.
I have the predecessor of that flash, the YN560, and it works perfectly (albeit the YN565 seems to be a significant step up and also more expensive due to its wireless TTL support).
