Anyone know details on the difference between the Canon 1Ds and the Canon Mark ii 1Ds?

I’m shopping for a backup digital camera body. I’m going to get a used one in order to save a little money. I originally was looking for the Canon Mark II 1Ds, but I have found some great deals on the Canon EOS-1Ds, not from the Mark line I believe. I don’t have any direct experience with that particular model. Does anyone know how it compares? I know all the specs on it from the website and it sounds decent but if anyone has used both I would love to hear a personal comparison so I know if I should hold out for the Mark II or not.

I would think that the Canon 5D, Mark II would be the best choice at this time.
