Question SLR spend more money on a camera or lens?

I wan't to buy a Canon EOS SLR. The most expensive is the Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III 11 000 Australian dollars. This is wayyyy out of my price range as I am a beginner. I was watching the Canon EOS 550D, 1400 Australian dollars. For me, this is expensive, since I am an average person, but I'm willing to pay this. I've seen some amazing videos people have created from your Canon EOS SLR. The question main thing I am asking is that here, if I were to buy the 550D, along with some very big goals, I will be able to create impressive movies as well? Or I should be saving for a while and then buy a $ 10,000 camera without any good lenses? Thanks!

What you choose to spend their money on has more to do with his experience as a photographer and how much experience shooting a fully adjustable camera. If this is your first digital SLR or 35mm SLR is much better to spend the least we can in the camera (which will take at least a couple of years to learn how to use his first camera and develop muscle memory for intuitive use of a dSLR) in a camera like the 1000D. This means you would be buying the camera body less costly investment in Canon EF lenses. Why Why EF? Eventually you want to buy a Full Frame Canon cameras and none of the EF-S, you can use them. Video? Spend your time learning how brilliant shoot still images first and then in a few years when the technology is such that the cameras that can perform digital cameras like the Canon EOS 1Ds Mark III will be available to your budget.

So you buy a new camera upscale, and you will find the Canon 1D Mark 4 …

It looks great, no? You are looking at across the upper chambers, and good, they look pretty good, right? So, the Canon 1D Mark 4 a bit further? Is it worth the price is $ 5500?

Well The short answer, in my opinion, it is. I bet about what distinguishes it from other cameras.

Well, it is likely the first thing you notice is that 16 megapixels this camera has. However, if you're like me, you will see that, and I wonder why it is not higher.

Yes? Am I right? I mean the series of cameras other high-end Canon DSLR 1Ds Mark III, and 21, so what gives with this device?

I I felt the same way, but I realized something, and after doing a little research my suspicions were confirmed.

See, something some people forget sometimes a larger number of megapixels is that these higher levels that are much more sensitive to noise … In other words, the camera does not deal very well ISOs.

The Canon 1D Mark 4 handles higher ISO is as good as it handles more easy, mid-range.

Even in the darkest setting, find little noise in the pictures.

This 16 is not too Megapixels ill for more, right?

Well, he manages the ISO very well, so what? If I pay a lot of money for a device that expect nothing less!

However, he continues to improve …

See Canon 1D Mark 4 processors running on a dual DIGIC IV. This means that not only incredibly fast, but the image quality that is attainable is through the roof. In addition, the resolution of images obtained with this camera is actually higher than that 21-megapixel predecessor.

Not only, but the autofocus system is flawless Mark 4. Rarely you'll find a camera with autofocus and. Canon has a lot to do this autofocus camera as close to perfection as possible, since 1D Mark IIIS had many problems her.

Obviously, I could go on all day own little feature that the camera, but I think you start get the point, and I do not want to write a 10-page article about this camera, so here's what I do for you:

Have you ever wanted to get great reviews that talk more about just technical specs? Are you looking for more than just customer reviews on Amazon?

Well, I was too, and then I found this site…It goes into great detail on the Canon 1D Mark 4 as well as just about every other camera model on the market today.

I suggest that you take a look at this site, because if the reviews help you half as much as they helped me, then you’re still in to learn a lot.

time and again and again, the answer will be all the objectives. DSLR is particularly. Sensors degraded. The new technology comes out. Things are old and obsolete. There will always be one that is slightly better anewer. However … lens with you always. The better your body, you take your lenses with which the body next. Some 1930 objectives (ie, Leica) still used as its main objective. And sometimes preferable to the new lens. Sometimes the prices are increase. The lenses are not obsolete. lenses are an investment, bodies age and crumble. As a savings bank, buy a 500D. The 500D 550D recently replaced, many places could still try liquadate this population. There are not many differences between the two. As for taking great pictures. Great Photos are taken by great photographers, not cameras. Go, learn what you can. Improve. Find your style image to share. It will take great pictures.
