One of the best lenses for your camera I would recommend the Canon EOS Canon 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro. Although this objective has its drawbacks, is an unbeatable Value for money.

This objective has been one of the first targets Canon EOS system was launched in 1987, he has been in production for over 20 years. As such, this objective is rather high quality compared to lenses designed today. It has a metal mount lens and a housing very difficult. This is a standard lens EF, which means that work on any Canon EOS camera, digital or film – which includes new digital cameras, such as the Digital Rebel series, EOS 10D/20D/30D/40D, and high end cameras like the EOS 1D and 5D.

This goal is (as its name suggests), quite compact and lightweight, it is easy to carry. The approach is very reliable but a little noisier and slower than the new EF. Light of this objective are very high quality images and enable beautiful.

The macro lens allows focus on objects up to a size ratio of 1:2. This means that objects smaller than the lens can focus to be recorded on your film (Or in the case of a digital camera, image sensor) at half its actual size. This objective can also point to infinity, a capability that some macro lenses lack. This means that you can use this as a regular 50mm lens. In addition to photography of small objects is excellent for almost everything. The depth of field allows a beautiful "bokeh" effect which is wonderful for portraits!

Some more expensive macro lenses can put focus on "size, which means that the smallest objects that can be targeted will be recorded on the film or image sensor of the same size in real life. Alone, the Pact macro has this ability. However, you can buy the Canon converter size, which allows approaching the size of the life, which allows you to take more detailed photos of tiny objects!

Overall, the Canon 50mm f/2.5 Compact Macro is an excellent value for what is happening, and an essential must-have for any Canon EOS owner that can afford it!
