Canon EOS 7D and Time Lapse?

I wondered if there was a setting on the Canon EOS 7D let me take a photo every X seconds an accessory device. If so please explain how to do this and what I have to do. Thanks

What we want is an interval timer function 7D but do not have this. You need to get a remote release with this feature (such as TC-80N3).
