Eos 7d Update

What do you recommend upgrading?
I have a Canon EOS 450D and Canon .. 70-200mm f / 4 now, and after two years of having, I think my camera does not work .. as in these two years, I developed and now need more specifications professiont such as Canon 50D or 7D .. Im using the objective of all, and most recently for jumping horse photography .. and I find the F / stop is not a problem .. I can not stick to the lens, and buy a new one .. lever or stick with the cam and buy version 2.8 .. If you were me, what would you do? Nikon users do not have to think about converting Nikon =)
There should be no reason your camera is "work" is why. Professional photographers have used cameras for years less than half of the characteristics of their finding is 450D and were still able to produce incredible images. The quality of images made by any Canon DSLR can certainly be of professional quality and, as we know, that responsibility belongs to the user of the device. Before spending more money and a camera body, lenses EF invest in some more, especially if long considering buying a second body in a comprehensive framework of 1D or 5D bodies. You need to learn to use all functions on the 450D for you can make adjustments with eyes closed. You must be intimate with your camera. Having one of your skills that are able to make changes in ISO, metering mode, resolution, white balance, literally, with an eye on the viewfinder of the camera is important, especially when running capture action more or sports. Save your money and buy a second or third lens. If you treated your camera and then be able to turn his camera back in shoots with two cameras that will facilitate the exchange of gunfire with two different objectives, without having to take time to switch lenses a) the heat branch or two) in dusty or windy climate. As you know, not the camera that is the factor limiting when it comes to produce stunning images, but the limits of the person behind the camera
