What is better than the Canon PowerShot camera?

I'm not sure what Canon PowerShot camera to buy. Is it the G9 or G10? Sorry, I'm not reference only one G9 and G10, but all Canon PowerShot, which is best?

It is difficult to answer without knowing how you want to budget availability using the camera, etc. The best camera is the one you feel comfortable and is used regularly.
