Canon Powershot SD890 blurred!?

When I have flash unless absolutley COMPLETLEY nothings still and moving that it takes a good photo .. but when PPL walks and other things his blurred. How I can fix this? or is it just how the camera is? PLEASE HELP ~!

Maybe they're something tries to clean off your lens. If it still does that, it's just the camera.

I want to buy a digital camera on us. Since I am driving a Canon camera Well, I decided to go even cannon. But I'm not sure what to buy.
