Canon SD880 or Panasonic ZS3?

I'm buying a new camera. Both devices are very good. I did lots of research, But I'm still not confused on which to get. What is the best? * Which camera is better if the price was not a factor? *

Both are good cameras. However, the Panasonic has more zoom and capable of high definition video (I think). For me, the Canon is better.
