What do the pictures on my Canon SX110 always come out blurry?

Is there a setting that can change what is not blurred? How I can reset all of the light and things to normal? Please help! How I can change the shutter speed in it?

Hello! I have a Canon SX110 IS 9MP. Cameras AWESOME! To prevent blur, use macro mode if it is a foreground. Push the left side of the scroller circle. There will be Normal, Macro, and some, manual focus (MF).
