Which digital camera is right for me?

I looked, and research, and research, and research. haha. and I'm not sure what camera to get! i really like the sound of the guns under water, just because it would be so amazing to just not worry rain, beach, etc. but I really want a camera that has good zoom (as so beautiful, 10x optical zoom or more!), vivid images of sunsets, compact (Can fit in my pocket or handbag w / o problem!), And I want it to be super fast! I hate it when the cameras are always charged. Also, id love for it to have video. So that the LumixDMC-ZS3 seems to have everything I'm looking for. I'm just not sure yet. I would like it is more than $ 350. and I want to love her and for her to be of long duration! Thank you very much, I hope I find the camera picture perfect
