Tamron Lenses For Canon Cameras
What is the difference between Canon Tamron Sigma?
What exactly is the difference between Canon lenses, Sigma lenses, and Tamron? is that image quality or simply the price difference? OK im interested in buying 24-70mm f/2.8L USM and what do you think that I can buy a Canon, Tamron or Sigma. I heard people say Tamron makes good lenses for Canon camera bodies, but I never heard anything about the sigma image quality and price …..
Canon lenses are made by the camera manufacturer to have a measure prepared for the future of the built in camera bodies are being updated several times a year. They already have an idea of what features will be in his chambers in a few years they have built appropriate firmware on your lenses. This means that when you decide to upgrade his body to the Canon Rebel xxd mk 5 (or whatever!) in three years time you can be sure that Canon lenses will work. Canon does not release the firmware of your lenses to third-party manufacturers like Tamron or Sigma who are forced to buy one, take it apart and see how it works so they can be copied. Not always do the right thing Thus, for example older Sigma lenses made for Canon EOS film cameras will not work in digital SLR cameras from Canon EOS – some can be re-chipped, but many can not. Tamron I have no experience but know two people who bought defective lenses Sigma – Sigma quality control is very poor and some horrendous examples of capture 10 to 20 have been sold!
